Serves : 3
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- 2 cups of Rava
- Black gram dhal
- ginger garlic paste
- Green chills(finely chopped)
- Oil/Butter
- Asafoetida(optional)
- Tamarind powder
- Salt(for taste)
HOW TO MAKE- PROCEDURE:
- Fry the rava in a pan to a light golden colour and keep it aside.(NOTE: Fry it without oil)
- Now add 2 to 4 teaspoon of oil/butter in a frying pan and heat.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 teaspoon of black gram dhal, 2 to 3 green chilies and add a pinch of powdered asafoetida(optional).
- Then ass ginger garlic paste and some curry leaves
- Scald a little and then pour 3 cups of water, and add salt to it
- Once the water boils,slowly add the fried rava and go on stirring inorder to prevent lumps.
- Allow it to cook and then remove it from gas.
